Details
What a lovely, taut expression of rosé this is. Elegantly pale in the glass, this wine is all about the freshness, with a bitter, herbal element at play. We love the wild strawberry accent dancing alongside that underripe raspberry character.
This impressive new producer for us at Good Pair Days immediately caught our attention with their beautiful, elegant, typical southern French-style wines. Drenched in history and brimming with viticultural excellence, Domaines Robert Vic hails from the sun-kissed terrains of Southern France. The winery's roots burrow deep into the past, with some of the vineyard's birth dating back to 1909. Over a century of wine wisdom is poured into each bottle here and the estate, spans an impressive 420 hectares cradled by the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, offering a unique terroir. The Vic family's passion for viticulture is palpable, their expertise is reflected in the harmony between tradition and innovation. From robust reds to elegant whites and tantalising rosés, the variety is as rich as the soil itself.

Pairing guide
We just can’t get enough of this elegant pink wine from Les Jardins, which offers plenty of crisp character alongside delicate orchard fruit and summer fruit flavours. Pale pink and beautifully refreshing, it’s the kind of wine we love to pair with smoked trout or salmon, lighter lentil and white bean salads, and simple seafood dishes like grilled squid, seared scallops and prawns with garlic butter. French fish soups and stews will work very well, and it’s also excellent with fresh tomato and mozzarella dishes, medium Indian curries and barbecued pork chops.
