Pairing guide
A solid French Grenache blend is always going to be a tough one to beat when it comes to food pairing versatility, and this beautiful release from Domaine des Deux Clés is really no exception. That gorgeous rounded body makes it a wonderful choice for pairing with slow-cooked lamb, beef and duck dishes - everything from a classic cassoulet to pulled brisket will do the job very nicely indeed. Tomato and mushroom pasta dishes, roast aubergine and courgette recipes, chunky vegetable soups, tikka masala and Hungarian goulash would also be highly recommended.
