Pairing guide
We’ve got a lot of love for sparkling red wines, and not least because they pair so well with the kind of laid-back dining we always enjoy partaking in! This elegant release from De Bortoli is the perfect choice for charcuterie boards and dishes that make a star ingredient of prosciutto, salami and chorizo, as well as other cured meats served with cheese or crusty bread. Ingredients like olives, capers and parmesan cheese are never a bad idea, and it’s also brilliant with Chinese-style barbecued ribs and homemade burgers, too.
