Details
The Daisy Rosé will be your perfect accompaniment for the next picnic down at the local park along with all the standard fare of cheese and meats. This rosé has a nice, not so in your face, pale pink hue with turkish delight, musk and aromatic spicy notes balanced nicely by sweet red fruit, a hint of sugar and plenty of texture.
The Good Pair Days wine team are always on the lookout for the most exciting wineries and regions to work with. Luckily, there are plenty of good folk around and we discovered the Limestone Coast Winemakers (LCW) a few years ago. Ever since they have been producing knock out after knock out for us under their own labels, Vandenberg and Hidden Sea and it made sense for us to work with them on our own label, Daisy. The wines have been a roaring success in Australia and we thought it was time for the UK to jump on board. The Limestone Coast is a wine zone that encompasses key regions like Coonawarra, Padthaway and Wrattonbully, all important in their own right, but together produce a wide range of wines for our customers. From Grenache to Fiano and of course a few examples of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, we are really proud to showcase these wines across the whole Good Pair Days business.

Pairing guide
The team at Daisy winery continues to impress with their elegant pink wine releases, and this bottle is guaranteed to delight the senses with its crisp summer fruit flavours and elegant aromatics. It’s a great match for store cupboard favourites like tinned tuna pasta or sardines with couscous, and we also reckon it’s a top match for grilled sausages or sausage casserole, medium-spiced Indian curries, ham and cheese quiche or tart, and anything with a classic chicken and leek combo. Nice!

Wine region

South Australia, Australia
South Australia is a wide and varied state when it comes to wine production. From the coastal regions of Limestone Coast and McLaren Vale, to the warmer inland valleys of Barossa and Eden, to the flats of Langhorne Creek, there's a range of terroirs and temperatures across this wide brown land. As a result, wines labelled with only South Australia can display a range of flavours! The state is probably best known for Shiraz, Grenache and Cab Sav in reds, and Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay in white. Whatever your flavour, there's plenty to explore!
