Details
This is your go-to bottle for good times - fully sparkling, effortlessly charming, and seriously easy to love. Lush notes of wild pear, honeydew, and white blossom meet vibrant bubbles and a subtle off-dry finish. A super drinkable blend of Trebbiano, Garganega, and Glera - whether it’s brunch, beach days, or just Tuesday night, this is the kind of fizz that fits any vibe.
Origin: The original sparkling wines were made in a place called Limoux in southern France. Mainly Grown In: These days, the whole world sparkles - these styles are made anywhere and everywhere, from a range of grape varieties. Key Facts: Champagne gets all the attention, but there's so much more to the world of sparkling than that. In fact, there are four main methods of production for sparkling wine, each producing slightly different styles and flavours. What is common across all of them however is really focused, tangy acidity (due mostly to harvesting the grapes early - the acidity is needed to keep the sparkling wine fresh) and an elegant fruit profile. Main flavours often include various citrus fruits, crunchy green apples, and hints of honey or biscuit. At the end of the day though, it's about those bubbles and the refreshment factor! Fun Fact: The pressure in a bottle of sparkling wine is typically around 70-90 psi (pounds per square inch), which is about three times the pressure inside a car tire.

Pairing guide
The crew at Corte delle Calli have absolutely nailed it with this one - a proper lively sparkler that’s bursting with character. Think bright, fresh, and super drinkable - the kind of fizz that just wants to hang out with good food and good vibes. It’s magic with seafood - we’re talking squid, prawns, grilled fish - you name it. Spring pasta dishes packed with green veggies? Yes please. White pizzas, creamy ricotta bakes, or a cheeky slice of goat’s cheese tart - absolutely! Delicate white fish like sea bass or bream with a zesty citrus dressing is also bang on with this wine. Basically, if it’s fresh, light, and flavourful, this wine is your wingman!
