Details
What an incredible bright pink colour! A savoury and dry style of Rosé. Vibrant raspberries, a bit of tart pomegranate juice going on. Slides over the palate well with a brisk finish and a blood orange tang. A totally refreshing, easy drinking style, yet with a little something more going on. How fabulous!

Cloak and Dagger is one of the projects from talented duo Nina Stocker and Callie Jemmeson, both with a raft of winemaking and growing experience under their belt, but with plenty of pizzaz and fresh ideas for delicious and drinkable wine - they are our kind of women! Nina and Callie believe that winemaking doesn't have to have barriers but what it does need is quality, focus and a destination. Their combined winemaking experience which includes Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Northern and Southern Rhone Valleys, Provence, Beaujolais, Emilia Romagna, Alsace, Barolo, Sonoma, Central Otago, Marlborough, McLaren Vale, Yarra Valley and Heathcote.…. you get the idea - they LOVE travel and they LOVE their work! Cloak & Dagger had its genesis during the 2016 vintage, from fruit from Central Victoria and the King and Alpine Valleys in the north-east. They make only three wines under this label, a really focussed approach. Their keen eye for detail and judiciously experimental approach has paid dividends and they are now reaping the rewards of years of hard work, with numerous successful projects and a host of delicious wines!

Pairing guide
The team at Cloak & Dagger consistently impresses with their beautiful output, and this blushing pink wine really does tantalise the taste buds with freshness and vitality. It’s going to be great with tomato-based pasta sauces, pork chops with chermoula, chimichurri steak salads and grilled pork sausages, and it’s equally good with zesty salmon dishes and seared tuna steak, too. Couscous, feta and spinach pastries, pork pies and homemade quiche is also a top choice, and it’s even excellent with a chicken tikka masala!

Wine region
Victoria, Australia
Victoria is the second smallest state but is home to more regions and individual wineries than any other state in Australia. This is thanks to the diversity of regional and micro climates, that allow for the every imaginable wine style under the sun, from stylish and refined Chardonnay (Beechworth) to brooding, finessed Shiraz (Heathcote); intense and complex Pinot Noir (Macedon Ranges) to unique and decadent fortified (Rutherglen), you’ll find a wine to suit any occasion from the diverse regions of Victoria.
