Details
This is everything we want and more from our Prosecco. This wine displays green apples and fresh orchard fruit in abundance on the nose. In the mouth, it is lean and crisp, with waves of green fruit and a subtle savoury character on the finish. This is brilliant stuff, the perfect aperitif.

Few wine regions in the world are as synonymous with a specific style of wine as the region of Prosecco in Italy. For many years, the locals have been crafting arguably the world's most popular sparkling wine made largely from Glera grapes, producing a fabulously fresh, easy-drinking sparkling wine that has outpaced any other fizz on the market. Circo is a collaboration between a number of growers and producers in the Veneto region and the results are fantastic. It takes its name from Circo Massimo which roughly translates into English as the 'Largest Circus'. This is a homage to the Italian travelling circus over the centuries; an event that would bring wonder and cheer wherever it showcased its talents. This wine was created to help and remind us that life is short, and that we need to relive the good times as frequently and as often as possible. And we'll drink to that!

Pairing guide
This minerally and citrus-driven Circo Prosecco really hits the spot. It makes for an easy aperitif to kick the night off! Pop one or two in the fridge while you cook up a storm, serve cold with seafood starters! It pairs best when matched with light and delicate flavours, as you get with sushi and light seafood. Or live fast with some cheeky hot chips and fried chicken. Fizzy sipping good!
