Details
A classic Provençal style wine here with a lovely, subtle orange quality. Up top it displays - you guessed it - orange peel, as well as raspberry and pink candy floss. The palate is dry, refreshing and linear with a gentle garrigue herbal accent. A truly delicious rosé with class, elegance and a touch of spice.
You may have heard the word or name 'Bellini' before. Perhaps because of the famous artist, Giovanni Bellini, or even the renowned Bellini cocktail, made famous by Harry's Bar in Venice. But Chateau Bellini was established way before either of these along the Roman road “Via Aurelia” in the heart of Provincia during the 10th Century and boasts a rich historical heritage. It was often visited by the Counts of Provence, and offered shelter to St Thomas Aquinas in 1252 (yes, it's that old) when he moved to France. The team here are producing some serious rosé and some of the best price VS quality wines in the region. They look to blend the rich heritage of Bellini, with tradition and modern winemaking to produce classic, high quality Provençal wines which span from light pink, to rich full bodied reds and floral whites. The wines from Bellini are typically dry and aromatic with outstanding quality.

Pairing guide
Cool, crisp, and utterly delicious, this rosé wine really knows how to satisfy the senses. As with so many wines of this style, it just calls out to be paired with the freshest seafood you can get your hands on, simply grilled over coals and served with little more than a few salad leaves and lemon wedge. Saffron is also a great ingredient for this wine - a pilaf made with this exotic spice will work beautifully, as will Indian fish curries, Thai tofu broths, and cured fillets of salmon or mackerel.

Wine region

Provence, France
Provence is a wine region in southeastern France best known for its delicious rosé wines and beautiful beaches. It's also home to a number of protected wine appellations, such as the Côtes de Provence AOC and the Bandol AOC, which produce some of the best rosé wines in the world. Located on the Mediterranean Sea, this region has a warm and sunny climate, with long, hot summers and mild, wet winters. The landscape is filled with rolling hills, and picturesque villages on a gorgeous coastline, making it a holiday hub for many - sand in your toes, and rosé on the beach, anyone? But if rosé isn't your thing, the region also produces white and red wines, predominantly made from a variety of grape varieties, including Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault. Whether you're a wine enthusiast or just looking for a fun and relaxing vacation, Provence has something for everyone.
