Details
Fresh, fruity, and fizzing with good energy - this vegan-friendly Spumante brings big bubbles, floral vibes, and juicy hits of white peach and citrus zest. It’s crisp, aromatic, and seriously fun to sip. Basically, it’s your new sparkling sidekick for any occasion (or no occasion at all).
Origin: The original sparkling wines were made in a place called Limoux in southern France. Mainly Grown In: These days, the whole world sparkles - these styles are made anywhere and everywhere, from a range of grape varieties. Key Facts: Champagne gets all the attention, but there's so much more to the world of sparkling than that. In fact, there are 4 main methods of production for sparkling wine, each producing slightly different styles and flavours. What is common across all of them however is really focussed, tangy acidity (due mostly to harvesting the grapes early - the acidity is needed to keep the sparkling wine fresh) and an elegant fruit profile. Main flavours often include various citrus fruits, crunchy green apple and hints of honey or biscuit. At the end of the day though, it's about those bubbles and the refreshment factor! Fun Fact: Traditionally sparkling wine is served in flutes. But if you ask a sommelier, most will tell you like they like to drink sparkling wine out of a regular glass because it releases more of the aromatics.

Pairing guide
This lively, fruit-forward Spumante is the ultimate partner for snacks, starters, and anything that loves a little sparkle on the side. Pop it open with crispy tempura veg and a citrusy dipping sauce, or try it with peach and basil bruschetta for a sweet-savoury twist. It’s dreamy with zesty lemon risotto, grilled asparagus and vegan hollandaise, or a chilled melon and prosciutto salad if you’re feeling fancy. Got a sweet tooth? Pair it with lemon sorbet, almond biscotti, or peach tartlets for a fizzy finish. Fresh, fun, and totally food-friendly - this bottle’s built for good times.
