Details
Crisp, zesty and full of personality, this Sauvignon Blanc bursts with vibrant citrus notes. Think lemon, grapefruit, and green apple, with hints of lychee and passionfruit adding an exotic touch. It's got those classic grassy, herbal tones shining through - cut grass, jalapeño, and asparagus - alongside a delicate hint of blossom. It's dry, with high acidity and a light, lively body, finishing long and refreshing. Pure, punchy and seriously easy drinking, this is classic Sauvignon Blanc done right.
We’re very excited to introduce our GPD collaboration with Bodega Atamisque, bringing you the Picaflor range - a joyful, fruit-forward collection that showcases just how versatile and delicious Uco Valley wines can be. This is a full line-up of white, rosé and red, each wine made to be approachable, vibrant and seriously drinkable, while still staying true to its high-altitude roots. Picaflor is all about pure expression: fresh flavours, bright acidity and varietal character front and centre - wines that feel just as good on a weeknight as they do poured around a table with friends. Bodega Atamisque sits high in San José, Tupungato, at 1,300 metres above sea level, surrounded by wild forest and dramatic Andean landscapes. Owned by French couple John du Monceau and Chantal, whose family roots trace back to Burgundy, the estate blends French elegance with Argentine sunshine. Quality always comes first here - Atamisque only uses fruit from its own estate vineyards and favours finesse over power. That philosophy shines through in Picaflor: expressive, balanced wines with real purity and energy, made in a gravity-fed winery designed to let the fruit do the talking. We’re super proud to partner with a producer that shares our love of great flavour, thoughtful farming and wines that are simply a pleasure to drink.

Pairing guide
This bright, herbaceous SB is a perfect match for fresh, lively dishes. Its citrus zing and herbal notes lift seafood, salads, and green vegetable dishes beautifully. Try it with a vegan zoodle salad with asparagus, peas, mint, and a lemon-tahini dressing - the wine’s acidity cuts through the richness, while its green and citrus notes mirror the freshness of the dish. It’s a vibrant, versatile partner for any spring or summer menu, and guaranteed to keep the palate dancing.

Wine region

Uco Valley, Argentina
The Uco Valley is arguably home to some of Argentina's finest wine producers. This sub-region is part of the wider region of Mendoza, the premier wine-growing region in the country. Uco is slightly more unique that the rest of the region due to its higher-altitude vineyards. This often leads to wine styles with a little more balance and restraint, and they often come in with more florality than their lower-altitude counterparts. The region has seen significant investment over the years, and some of the world's household wine names now own vineyards in these parts.
