Pairing guide
We simply adored the brightness and beautiful soft fruit flavours of this rosé, which offers remarkable versatility when it comes to food pairing with some of our favourite dishes. It’s a great wine for tempting treats like grilled sausages, vegetarian ragu recipes, lentil and tuna salad and roast salmon with Mediterranean vegetables, as well as with tomato-based pasta sauces and savoury pastries with chicken or pork. Spanish rice with chicken and seafood will work well, as will pasta salads, salty ingredients like halloumi and capers, and all kinds of Asian lamb, beef or tempeh salads and noodle dishes.
