2. 'Monge' Sparkling NV

Quinta do Casal Branco is a brand new addition for us here at Good Pair Days and an impressive producer discovered back in 2023 during a trip out to Portugal in search of vinous gold. Impressed by the wines from the Tejo region - a true up-and-coming part of the country - this is the land of the Fernão Pires and Castelão grapes, both of which are indigenous to the region. This is a fine sparkling wine from the Tejo, and a fantastic answer to Cava or Champagne. Classically structured with notes of almond and candied citrus character overlaps with toast and brioche.

3. 'Codfish' Rosé 2024

Spritz alert, everyone! This rosé brings that signature Vinho Verde sparkle - guaranteed to put a little bounce in your glass. Super easy-drinking, it captures the classic style with a zing of tart fruit, a hint of indulgent sweetness, and loads of juicy red berry flavour, all wrapped up with a citrusy twist. It's vibrant, moreish, and a fantastic showcase of what this region does so well.
