1. Dom. Lagille 'L'Inattendue' Brut NV

As you embark through the captivating world of Champagne, east of Reims you may upon Treslon and the enchanting Domaine Lagille. Nestled amidst rolling vineyards, this Grower producer paints a picture of tradition and excellence. With roots tracing back to the 1970s, Domaine Lagille has mastered the art of champagne production, captivating the palates of wine enthusiasts worldwide - and gaining a reputation here in the UK. Made from 100% Pinot Meunier, this bone-dry Champagne is an absolute delight. After spending 42 months on the lees (yeast) in the bottle, we love the outstanding bruised apple and lemon drop character from top to bottom. This is a vinous wine, with notes of cider and pear, straw and hay. A cracking Champagne.

2. Gamet Rosé NV

Fabienne & Philippe Gamet, along with their children craft champagnes of quite outstanding character and personality. This fourth generation grower domaine is certified with sustainable viticulture across a range of soil types that is reflected in their stunning Champagnes. The team make their wine from fruit in the Marne Valley, which has largely operated in the shadow of more prestigious sub-regions in Champagne. The Gamet Rosé is a 60/40 blend of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. This is fruit driven and robust fizz with an excellent vein of minerality that lends a certain volume to the palate. The excellent fruit focus and explosion can be attributed to Pinot Meunier and really typifies Gamet's house style of Champagne. A down able, delicious grower champagne rosé that should be in any fizz lovers wine rack.

3. Sadi Malot 'Les 2 Cépages' Brut NV

Sadi Malot, the charming Grower Champagne producer. Situated in the heart of the Champagne region, this family-owned winery has been crafting exceptional bubbly for generations. With a passion for perfection, the Malot family carefully tends to their vineyards, ensuring only the finest grapes are harvested. 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, this Champagne does not disappoint. Made using fruit from Grand Cru (the best) vineyards, with 50% of the blend of this wine dating back to 1982, this is the personification of elegance. It's mineral and saline, with bright Pinot berry fruit and taut, candied lemon character. Stunning.
