Casaponte 'Extra Dry' Sparkling NV

The original sparkling wines were made in a place called Limoux in southern France. These days, the whole world sparkles - these styles are made anywhere and everywhere, from a range of grape varieties. This is a fun and vibrant fizz, with green apple crunch and a nice citrusy tang. With apple sherbert vibes and the right balance between sweet orchard fruit and a crisp finish, this bubbly will put you in the right mood.

Coviñas 'Sombrilla Paraíso' Rosé 2025

Coviñas is the kind of winery that makes you appreciate what cooperative winemaking can really achieve. Founded in 1965 in Requena when ten local cooperatives joined forces (originally as a distillery, because - why not) it pivoted to wine production in 1967 and never looked back. Today it's the leading winery in the DO Utiel-Requena, representing over 3,000 growers across 10,000 hectares and producing almost half of all the wine the region makes. That's not a cooperative. That's a movement. Sombrilla Paraíso Rosé is bright and fruit-forward: red berries, cherry, strawberry and raspberry tumble together with a bright freshness. Blossom florals drift through adding a soft lift, a hint of herbs keeps things interesting and a cool mineral edge ties it all together beautifully. It's light, vibrant and certified organic and vegan (so all the good stuff, none of the guilt)!

'Jongieux' Mondeuse 2024

Domaine Chevallier Bernard started in 1996 by Chantal and Jean-Pierre Bernard, with their son Antoine, now in charge of the family business. The winery is located in the town of Jongieux, at the base of Mont de la Charvaz, a feared climb for those who are suckers for punishment by riding up steep mountains. Mondeuse is one of the more well-known varieties in Savoie, with its upfront cherry tones and lifted violet aromatics. This is a perfect example, along with raspberry goodness and peppery kick, it has subtle tannins and is dense and fleshy.
