Story
Wednesday's Domaine is one of the new kids on the block in the 'low & no' drinking scene, but that hasn't stopped them from making waves with their small but stunning range of non-alcoholic wines using fruit sourced out of Spain's La Mancha region.
Headed up by the passionate Luke Helmsley and his team, Wednesday's Domaine sets out to make those not drinking wine during occasional events feel included, to not feel like they are missing out. De-alcoholised wines from Spain are blended with natural ingredients to naturally mimic a range of wine styles, and the results are impressive. We particularly love their white wine, which displays the balance, elegance and freshness we look for in quality white wine.
These wines are not just for the weekend, but as the name suggests, for mid-week drinking as well - minus the guilt.
Made from de-alcoholised Airén fruit, this is a delicious non-alcoholic white wine. Floral notes interlace with ripe citrus character and a sharp vein of acidity. Brilliant stuff.

PAIRING GUIDE
The non-alcoholic wine scene continues to impress more and more with each passing month, and this bottle from Wednesday’s is among the best we’ve tried. Our recommendation for food pairing? We reckon a smoked fish and prawn casserole, classic English fish pie or stuffed chicken breast with prosciutto and mozzarella is the way to go. It’s also going to be excellent with couscous salads featuring dried fruits and plenty of herbs, chicken tagine with preserved lemons, and roast cauliflower with a spicy rub. Nice!
