Nestled in the heart of Hampshire, Vibrant Forest Brewery has been turning heads (and taste buds) since its founding in 2014 by the passionate and creative brewer, Alistair Hawkins. Inspired by the lush English countryside and a love of flavour-driven beer, Alistair set out to craft beers that surprise and delight, combining traditional brewing techniques with bold, modern twists.

First brewed in 2017, Pupa is one of Vibrant Forest’s all-time favourites, and it’s easy to see why! Juicy, smashable, and packed with flavour, it strikes the perfect balance between East Coast (soft, fruity) and West Coast (bitter, punchy) IPA styles. Another cracker from Vibrant Forest, it’s ideal for cosy evenings as the nights start drawing in.

This beautiful pale ale from Southampton’s Vibrant Forest brewery lives up to its name - it really is a juicy number that’s packed with hoppy character and stunning citrus notes, perfect for pairing with a massive array of our favourite dishes and ingredients. We reckon this one is best matched with gently spiced white meat dishes; think saffron chicken or a homemade tikka masala, and any kind of Thai curry or katsu dish would also hit the spot. White fish like cod and pollock will be brilliant with this one, and it’s also excellent with homemade burgers, grilled sausages and marinated tofu recipes. Yum!
