Vault City Brewery, based in Edinburgh, Scotland, has made a significant mark on the craft beer scene since its inception in 2018. Specializing in modern sour beer, Vault City is renowned for its innovative approach to brewing, blending traditional methods with contemporary techniques. The brewery was founded by Steven Smith-Hay and Johnny Horn, whose shared passion for bold, fruit-forward flavors and high-quality craftsmanship drives their creative process.
