It’s brilliantly food friendly, too - try this clear spirit with Nordic-inspired fishy treats like smoked mackerel pate, smoked salmon open sandwiches and cured herring fillets, and you’ll be onto a winner. Pickled vegetables, oysters with caviar, sushi and sashimi are all fine pairing partners, and it’s also excellent with cucumber salads, grilled chicken and charcuterie.
