Story
Jawbone Brewery has been making waves in Twickenham since 2021, when a pair of beer-obsessed friends decided to turn their passion into something bigger (and far more delicious). Swapping office desks for mash tuns, the founders set out with a simple mission: brew beers that are bold, fresh, and brimming with character.
Their taproom, perched right on the riverside, quickly became a local hotspot. More than just a place to drink, it’s a buzzing social hub where friends meet, neighbours mingle, and beer lovers discover something new straight from the source. With its colourful energy and welcoming vibe, it’s as much about community as it is about craft.
Jawbone’s range is as fun and fearless as the brewery itself. Expect juicy hop-forward IPAs, crisp lagers perfect for sunny afternoons, and a rotation of inventive limited-edition releases that keep fans on their toes. In just a few short years, Jawbone has built a loyal following and a reputation for great beer served with a big smile, proving that craft can be both serious about quality and seriously good fun.
For our first addition with 'Jawbone', we are showcasing their flagship Pilsner. This is a super easy-drinking brew, that puts homegrown British hops centre stage. It delivers the crisp, herbal snap you’d expect from a classic Pils, lifted with a fresh, modern touch of tropical fruit. This is lager, 'Jawbone' style.

PAIRING GUIDE
Jawbone Brewery is a bit of a newcomer to the London craft beer scene, but it’s already making a splash with some seriously tasty releases. This pilsner is a stunning example of what they’re doing best - hoppy, dry and fantastically refreshing, we reckon it’s going to become a brand new favourite. It’s an excellent beer for the last days of summer (or an Indian summer, if we’re lucky) and will taste delicious served alongside vegetable risotto or pilaf dishes, grilled sardines and salads with plenty of chickpeas, grains and sharp parmesan. Curried chicken dishes, spicy Sichuan sea bass, tonkatsu and beef massaman are also highly recommended - this beer can definitely handle a bit of chilli heat!
