Story
Indie Rabble isn’t your run-of-the-mill craft brewery, it’s a bold, buzzing powerhouse of creativity, flavour, and pure good vibes, turning heads and raising glasses along Windsor’s famous Beer Mile since launching in August 2023. The brainchild of industry mavericks Dave and Naomi Hayward, joined by Alex Rowlands and Alison Steele, this fearless foursome came out swinging and swiftly carved their mark on the UK beer scene with confidence, colour, and undeniable swagger.
In less than seven months, Indie Rabble snagged two national nods at the Society of Independent Brewers (SIBA) Awards, one for Best New Independent Craft Brewery, the other for Best Collaboration , setting the bar sky-high for newcomers. Their secret? According to co-founder Dave Hayward, it’s all about brewing knockout beers, building a brand brimming with personality, and creating a taproom that’s as welcoming, inclusive, and wild as the beers themselves.
Step through the doors and you’ll discover far more than just fresh pints on tap. The Indie Rabble taproom is a lively, ever-evolving community hub, a home for creativity, connection, and celebration. With an ongoing line-up of events, collaborations, and live music, it’s a place where beer lovers, locals, and the simply beer-curious all come together to share stories, sip something new, and stay for one more.
For our next visit to Indie Rabble, it's time for a stout! 'Tiny Violence' is robust, velvety, layered with cocoa, espresso, and a hint of dark chocolate truffle. Full-bodied and silky smooth, it’s balanced by a gentle bitterness that keeps each sip interesting. For stout and porter lovers, it’s a satisfyingly indulgent treat that’s impossible to rush.

Stouts like this one are always going to be a treat with seafood dishes like fresh oysters and steamed mussels or clams, but you’ll also get great results from hearty aubergine stews, slow-cooked red meats like beef, venison and lamb, and pub grub classics like steak and chips or bangers and mash.
