From the start, 1605 has blended modern expertise with traditional techniques, using small-batch copper stills and grapes harvested from Peru’s famed Ica Valley to create a pisco with depth and character. We can’t believe we went so long without the sheer delight that Pisco brings to our lives! This quintessential Peruvian spirit is an absolute joy to behold, and one we can’t wait to share with you all… and it’s a great addition to any dining table, too. We loved this aromatic spirit alongside spicy seafood dishes - especially squid and octopus with plenty of chilli and herbs - and it’s also very good with ceviche recipes, grilled white fish, and crispy tofu with plenty of spices. Herb-based salads, pork tacos and fresh cheeses like mozzarella and ricotta will also hit the spot in style. Delicious!
